Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Weapon Vault mobile application ("the App"), operated by Ironkey Digital Holdings LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Weapon Vault is a private, on-device record-keeping tool for firearm owners. It is for personal organization only. It does not buy, sell, or transfer firearms, ammunition, or accessories, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Subscription, free trial & billing

Weapon Vault is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial, then $4.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency shown at purchase).

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Your free trial automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
The subscription renews automatically each month and your account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal, unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand.
The free trial is available once per user. If your subscription lapses and you resubscribe, you will be billed immediately with no additional free trial.
If a payment fails or you cancel, your access ends and the App becomes inactive until you resubscribe.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's account settings (Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google: Play Store → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

3. Refunds

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google. Refund requests are subject to their respective policies, and we do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

4. Your data & responsibility

Your records are stored only on your device and protected by a passcode you choose. We cannot access or recover your data or your passcode. You are responsible for remembering your passcode and keeping your own backups using the App's Export feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App lawfully and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and records. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access due to a forgotten passcode, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the effective date above when we do.

8. Trademarks

Firearm, ammunition, and accessory brand and model names (for example, manufacturer names shown in the app or Weapon Builder) are trademarks of their respective owners. Weapon Vault is an independent record-keeping tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any firearm, ammunition, or accessory manufacturer.
